First Bank's HOA Online Pay is a service that enables unit owners to make assessment payments online. Unit owners can schedule a single payment or schedule future payments up to 12 months in advance. Owners with multiple units can make all their payments from a single HOA Online Pay account.
To take advantage of HOA Online Pay, the unit owner’s association(s) must be a user of First Bank’s automated lockbox service. Payments made by unit owners using HOA Online Pay will be included in the daily lockbox report of payments received and forwarded to the management company or association’s bookkeeper. Payments made before 3:00 p.m. (CT) on a business day will be processed the same business day.
