First Bank's 24-hour Automated Telephone Banking is designed to make accessing your business accounts fast, easy and convenient.  You can access account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any touch-tone phone in the U.S.  Just dial (800) 760-BANK (2265).  It's also the way to reach a bank representative during business hours:

   Monday-Friday  7 a.m. to 11 p.m.  CST
   Saturday  8 a.m. to 7 p.m.  CST

You may use Automated Telephone Banking to:

  • Access checking accounts - verify balance information, deposits/withdrawals (including ATM, MasterCard BusinessDebit Card & Point of Sale transactions), search by check number, date or amount, reorder checks, request a fax copy of a statement, contact a bank representative
  • Transfer funds - transfer between checking, savings or money market accounts
  • Access savings accounts -verify balance information, deposits/withdrawals, search by check number, date or amount, reorder checks, request a fax copy of a statement, contact a bank representative
  • Obtain information on Certificates of Deposits - 1099 information, interest payment information
