TELEPHONE FRAUD

Telephone fraud occurs when live or automated calls, appearing to be from a legitimate company, are received asking the recipient to provide, verify or update their personal or account information.

A First Bank representative may call you to verify card activity, online banking activity or to provide information about products and services we offer.  However, First Bank will never ask you to provide, verify or update your personal information by email, pop-up message, text message, live or automated phone call.  If you are contacted by one of these methods requesting personal or account information, do not respond.
