Mobile Deposit is available to you if you are registered for our eBanking service, have downloaded the app, are the owner of the account and have a supported mobile device.
Accessing Mobile Deposit
To download the latest version of our mobile app visit the iTunes or the Google Play store based on your smartphone type. After your download is complete, log in using your eBanking credentials. Choose "Deposit" from the menu options.
You can use mobile deposit on Android devices with OS version 4.x or newer and iPhone with IOS version 5.0.1 or newer.
While First Bank does not charge a fee for using Mobile Banking, messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan, including any text messaging or data usage charges.
Types of Checks
Mobile Deposit will accept most domestic checks, including payroll, personal or business checks.
Once you submit a check for deposit you will receive a confirmation email when your deposit has been received and another email when it has been approved or declined. Access the "Recent" area to see the status of your deposits made within the past 30 days.
