To log in click the Small Business or Commercial Access point through the First Bank website. Enter your company ID, user ID and then click continue. To safeguard your information you'll need to authenticate your identity. Click continue with security code to start the authentication process, this authentication will be conducted through a phone call or text message. Please note this can only be done with a number already on file with First Bank. Please note the listed phone numbers are those currently on record with us for security purposes you must select one of the listed numbers to complete the request. If this information is outdated please contact Treasury Management Client Support at (866) 326-7113 to update your contact information. To complete the authentication process select the option you prefer and click continue. If you selected the phone option you will receive a call where you'll need to speak or type the security code on the screen. When you're finished click phone call completed, enter your temporary password and click Sign In. If you select the text message option enter the mobile phone on record and click Send Text Message. Please note the text message can take up to a minute to receive however if you do not receive a text message contact Treasury Management Client Support at (866) 326-7113 to update your mobile phone information. You will be sent a security code enter the code in the space provided and click Submit. Enter your temporary password and click Sign In. Please note Hard Token service will be available for businesses upon request, all users within the same business must use the same authentication process.
