The ACH service menu gives you the option to create a free-form transaction, create a template or import a file. To create a free-form ACH transactions first click the make ACH payment, manage templates link and then to Send money without a template link. To create an ACH template click the create a template link, the ! shown here indicates the template has a reported notice of change that must be applied before the template can be used. Returned ACH transactions and notices a change can also be viewed from the reports tab. To upload a file click the Upload ACH transactions link. Imported ACH files can be in not to format a delimited format such as a CSV file or a fixed file format. You can also view completed transactions and the file status from the ACH service menu. To view a list of transactions meeting approval click the Approve ACH transactions or Approve ACH templates link. To upload a file click the Import wire/Manage file formats link, imported files must be in FEDLINE or MT 103 fixed formatting.
