The Importance of Giving

Giving can help make the world a better place for ourselves, our children and future generations.  The importance of charitable trusts are felt by those in need – whether that be during your lifetime or later.  We help make your philanthropic activities effective, tax-wise, easy and fulfilling for you.

We work with you to create and administer Charitable Trusts to fulfill your desire to leave a charitable legacy custom-tailored to your needs.  You can involve your family and teach them about philanthropy, support your favorite charities anywhere in the United States and reduce your income and estate taxes.

Our team will also manage the investments of the Charitable Trust that you establish and provide regular statements and ongoing advice on effective grant making and tax compliance.   We understand the importance you place on Charitable Trusts and the need for a well-defined strategy.

A Revocable Trust is a three-party, legal document designed to ensure property and assets are held in a secure trust for its intended beneficiaries. The beneficiaries may receive the property and assets at any time during the grantor’s life or after death.

An Irrevocable Trust is a permanent, legal document designed to ensure property and assets are held in a secure trust for its intended beneficiaries. Just as the name implies, this type of trust cannot be revoked, modified, or altered once it is established.

When setting up a trust, a trusted individual or corporation must be selected to function as the trustee. This family member, friend or corporation will be given complete control of the property and assets contained within the established special needs trust.
