  • Monitor your online bank account for debits, credits, check orders and new payees and accounts that you don’t recognize.
  • Do not respond to account-specific information requests sent by email,  text, pop-up message or a direct web link.
  • A First Bank representative may call you if we notice suspicious activity with your debit card or ebanking.
