  • Select an image from the My Card Image Library OR upload your own image.*

  • Re-size or re-position your image so it fits on to the card the way you want it to.

  • Preview your card and click "Submit." First Bank will review your design and within a few days of approval, send you your card.  And remember, it is a free service, compliments of First Bank!

My Card Questions and Answers

  • Does personalizing my debit card change the way it works?
    • No, a personalized debit card may be used wherever MasterCard® is accepted. There will be no change to your debit card number, account number or PIN, though your new card may have a different expiration date. If you have recurring payments set up on your card, please notify merchants of the new expiration date to ensure payments continue without interruption.
  • Is there a charge to personalize a debit card?
    • No, this is a free service offered by First Bank.
  • How do I personalize my debit card?
    • Select the design option you wish to use then follow the step-by-step instructions above. You can change the image on your card every 6 months.
  • Can my spouse or other debit cardholders personalize their cards?
    • Yes, anyone with a debit card can personalize their card to reflect their style and personality.
  • Can any image be used to personalize a debit card?
    • You can select an approved image from our Image Gallery or upload your own photo; however it must adhere to our Image Guidelines. If we reject it we will contact you and ask you to use a different image. First Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any image, and every uploaded image is reviewed to ensure it meets our Image Guidelines.
  • How long will it take to receive my new card?
    • First Bank will review your image selection and once approved, your card will typically be received within 5-7 business days.
  • What should I do when I receive my personalized debit card?
    • When you receive your new card immediately activate the new card, destroy any old cards and if you have recurring payments set up on your card, notify merchants of the new expiration date to ensure payments continue without interruption.
  • What should I do if my card is stolen, lost or damaged?
    • If your card is stolen, lost, or damaged, immediately contact First Bank at 800-760-2265. A new card will automatically be created with the same image that appeared on the stolen, lost, or damaged card.
