No Money Down Financing

Longing to purchase a home but need 100% financing? Want to renovate a house in a suburban or rural area?  You might qualify for a Rural Housing Loan. A Rural Housing Loan is insured by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and it  allows you to purchase, build, repair, renovate or relocate a home in a rural area.

Eligible suburban and rural home buyers can use it for 100%, no-money down mortgage financing.  This program is also known as a Section 502 Loan.

A 30-year fixed rate mortgage is common, and USDA rates are among the lowest for any home loan.

  • Closing costs can be financed in the loan
