Announcing New Bill Pay Features!

Great News! In an effort to provide you the latest in new technology, First Bank's Online Bill Pay service will be upgraded on October 25th with several new features.  Please review this page to learn what is changing.  If you have any questions, reach out to one of our Client Contact Center Team Members at 800-760-2265.  Thank you for being a First Bank client!

Please note that these new features are not supported with Internet Explorer 8.  You will need to upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 9 or select another browser of your choice.


Managing Your Bills

Managing your monthly bills just got a little easier! To make managing your billers easier, all of your biller information will be conveniently displayed in one place within the ‘Payment Center’.  Just use the links highlighted, or the ‘Feature Ribbon’ options, outlined below.  

With the addition of the Feature Ribbon to the Payment Center, the ‘Manage My Bills’ option in the Bill Pay tab will be removed from Bill Pay.



Details and Activity Enhancements

Details
By selecting Details, you’ll be able to: 
  • Change Bill Information enabling you to update information for the biller
  • Delete this Bill enabling you to delete the biller 

Activity
By selecting the ‘Activity’ link, you’ll be able to see all of your recent and pending payments for the specified biller in one convenient window

Reminders

Reminders
  • By selecting the ‘Reminders’ link, you’ll be able to setup, change, stop, and review reminders associated with the specified biller

AutoPay

AutoPay
  • By selecting the AutoPay link, you’ll be able to set up, change or stop automatic (recurring) payments that have been established for the specified biller. 

eBills

eBills
  • By selecting the eBills link, you’ll be able to request an eBill for the specified biller, try eBills (for billers that offer a trial period) and view or file the eBill you requested.

Making Payments

  • For each individual payment you’re making in the ‘Payment Center’, you can now choose from which account you want the bill paid.  

Biller Account Numbers

  • You can now unmask your biller’s account number.  Select the ‘Details’ link for the biller and then the ‘Show’ button. Check the ‘I’m not a robot’ box and your request will process (we use this method as a safeguard to protect against potential fraud before displaying your full account number).  

Bill Icons

Bill Icons
  • The eBill icons are being replaced with a Due eBill banner with expanded information.  The banner will show the due date and the amount due.  Get Bill and Bill will be covered in the eBills link.
