- Company ID(New): It was sent via secure email from First Bank on February 27, 2017 or March 1, 2017
- If you do not have the email, you can choose from one of the following contact options
- Call TMCS at 866-326-7113 for password resets
- Reach out to us through Private Message on our Facebook page
- Authentication through call or text to established phone number
- After successful authentication, you will be directed to a new page to enter a Temporary Password
- Temporary Password: secure email on 2/27 (Gateway clients) from First Bank and 3/1 (OLB clients) from First Bank.
- If you do not have that email, call TMCS at 866-326-7113 for password reset
- If you are unable to access the system due to incorrect phone numbers being present, please reach out to one of the contact options listed above.
- If successful, you will be asked to create a permanent password
